HOW DO I SECURE MY CATERING ORDER?
Our events office will send an agreement which will include a credit card authorization form. The agreement will need to be completed in full and returned to secure the order. Although the form can be digitally signed, the remaining highlighted areas and authorization form will need to be completed the old-fashioned way– either with an app, on a computer, or printed and manually filled out. A scan or a picture of the document can be returned via email. Due to the large number of event inquiries, we honor a first come, first served policy.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all catering orders. There is also a 10% Catering Fee that will be added to all orders.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD OTHER THAN THE CARD ON FILE? Yes, a different form of payment can be provided for pickup orders only, as indicated on the returned agreement.
CAN MY ORDER BE ADJUSTED? Yes, changes can be made to your catering order up to 72 hours prior to the order date.
IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Please inquire for delivery options and rates. $500 Order Minimum required. Set-up is not included with delivery.
HOW WILL THE FOOD BE PACKAGED?
Food will be packaged in disposable plastic or aluminum trays. Disposable plates, napkins, utensils and serving utensils will also be provided unless requested otherwise.
WE HAVE A GUEST WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE? We often accommodate gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, and guests with allergies. Please let us know ahead of time.
Our chef and culinary team have been trained on food allergens and will make every effort to mitigate cross-contamination. There are items in our kitchen that contain nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten and animal products.
We cannot guarantee that any item will not come in contact with those ingredients. Our Venue and it’s employees are not responsible for individual reactions to any food products or guarantee that the food served is free from any allergen.

CAN I HAVE MY EVENT STAFFED?
Staffing may be arranged ahead of time for your event, depending on availability. Additional labor costs will be added to your agreement. Please inquire.
